missing
The carpet was badly marked, the shower head was faulty, the room was badly located directly opposite reception. The breakfast was poorly stocked both mornings of our stay and staff were washing dishes in front of guests while we waited for food and utensils to be restocked. While the staff were pleasant the level of service was inadequate. Would not stay again.

Greet staff and very clean and well run.Good location to the train station, busesand metro. Very easy to get to any part of the city from public transportation.
Bathroom was a little tight to shower since i am big guy and you had to sit sideways on the toilet because it was right up against the shower. But I would stay here again when i come to rome again.

The hotel staff Bruno and his team were excellent and nothing was too much trouble for them. They were courteous and available 24 hours a day.
We went as a party of four and one of the rooms was twice as big as the other which, when both parties had pais the same, did seem unfair. Avoid the corner room.

The staff was congnial and very helpful. Especially nice were the late night and early morning staff. Martin, Michelangelo, and Bruno were excellent in their service.
At some point wireless should be introduced into the individual rooms.
